Kris started his sourdough culture 9 years ago, at The Green Man.
All our bread is baked using just flour, water, salt & sourdough. The sourdough gives the bread a slower rise, therefore enhancing the flavour, it also keeps for longer.
We now bake daily so bread & pasties can be purchased from the bar to take home, or even enjoy with a pint. You can also buy our bread from Moores, Mevagissey; Lobbs Farm Shop, Heligan; Our Croissants and other pastries are available from She Sells, East Quay, Mevagissey.
Everything we produce is made by HAND, no fancy machinery going on in here, just passion for quality produce.
