The Barrel & Mackerel Food Foundation 

29th October 2016 saw Kris host his first skills session.  This was fish filleting and hosted in the room of the pub itself. December 3rd 2016, we moved upstairs & it was bread. January 2017 saw the inception of The Barrel & Mackerel Food Foundation. We will be hosting 2 courses per month throughout the year. From pasta making to pig butchery, we will guide you through these traditional techniques. Find us on FaceBook for more info.
